What is a Doula?
My job as a doula is to offer emotional, physical and mental support for the birthing person and their partner through the prenatal period, birthing process, and postpartum. I will not offer you medical advice but I will inform you of your options during the labor process.
What happens if you can't make it?
It is my responsibilty to be there for you whenever you need me, If for whatever reason there is a family emergency or a sickness I will always have a backup doula that I know and trust ready to go !
How soon will you join me in labor?
I will be there as soon as you feel like you need me, we can always communicate over the phone during the early stages as well! whatever makes you comfortable mama!
When should I hire a doula?
You can hire me as your doula as early as you'd like! the earlier you hire me the longer we have to build a connection, even if you hire me at 37 weeks I am confident enough to believe that would be sufficient time for us to build that connection and fulfill your goals.
